NLPI staff at CERT Board Meeting - January 29, 2004 A report of the NLPI initiative and introduction of staff members highlighted the January 29th board meeting of the Consortium for Education, Research & Technology of North Louisiana (CERT) at Northwestern State University (NSU) in Natchitoches.
Dr. Anthony Scheffler of Northwestern State University, NLPI's Principal Investigator, and Patti Trudell, NLPI Project Director and CERT Executive Director, narrated a Powerpoint presentation on the structure, organization, goals, and strategies of NLPI. (NLPI is a CERT initiative.) The presentation included an overview of the NLPI STARS Teams, the Small Grants program, and the NLPI website (including the LA Experts resource database).
In addition, CERT Board Members were introduced to the NLPI staff: Patti Trudell as Project Director, Sheryl Ostendorff as Project Coordinator, and Susanne Wastlund as Administrative Assistant.
