The Louisiana Technical College STARS Team is comprised of a diverse group consisting of faculty and professional staff, including but not limited to the areas of workforce development, Tech-Prep, electronic learning, Strategies to Empower People (STEP) Program, and resource development.
OBJECTIVES: 1) To forge relationships which promote technology training that advances economic development in North Louisiana. 2) To strengthen partnerships with businesses and industries and other CERT institutions. 3) To provide opportunities for students to strengthen and utilize cutting edge technological skills.

PARTNERSHIPS FORMED: Through a recent NLPI grant, LTC Delta Ouachita Campus has partnered with NEXUS Systems to provide an industry-certified professional with 15 years experience to establish an evening training program in CCNA certification.
